I am looking for site as an investment option in Bangalore. My preference is some where around internataionl airport with budget around 10 lakhs. I see so many ads in the news papers but not sure how many of them are genuine. So came here for your valueble advices.

With this Budget i dont think you can buy anythign in Intl airport road as prices are too high. but Nelamangala is the best option if you are looking for a Good ROI. Trust me this place is next yelahanka with flyovers, wide roads and heard that metro 2 nd phase will have a station there too.
You can see the prevailing prices are Rs.700/- to 750. But if you buy through some Govt. societies you can get a good deal i mean Rs.600 - 650
I have also applied for 3 sites with State Govt employee Society (developer is MLA Krishnappa). And tentative allotment date is Dec. I dont mind waiting till then as prices are soaring and once i get the allotment letter i can sell the site for a decent Sum.

i feel that the upcoming stadium,Metro and BMRDA plan to expand bangalore will help the Real estate price to jump in Nelamangala. I visited last week towards Nelamangala Town. The development are Good and the roads are being widened and hope to Get Good Returns on Investment. Good place to invest near MSR Green City towards Doodballapur Rd that will be connecting BIAL to NH4 also railway station coming near to that area.
Layout Prices with BMRDA (NPA) approval are Rs.800/- to 1000.
Also it will be near to APMC & Industrial Hub, and Upcoming 302-acre film city, with theme park and golf resort near Hesargatta.
So people who want to invest less than 10 Lacks this is a good place.
Also Lots of layout are being developed there like Rashi , MSR etc.. which have good Brand Name ,.
