bda site for investment purpose

I would like to buy a bda site for investment purpose. Which loction is better? Vishweswaraya layout or BSK 6th stage?

BSK 6th Stage is far far better compared to SM Visweshwaraiah layout For investment purpose. Specifically in the 4th to 9th Block surrounding the 80 ft main road which connects to NICE Road entry Point. Prices quotes in both the layouts are almost same. Advantage is BSK 6th Stage is more nearer to the potential job creating locations like Mysore Road Global Village, Kirloskar Auto Tech park...etc and also easily accessible to other main locations like Bannerghatta Road, Electronic City...etc via NICE Road. Comparatively SMV Layout is only accessible to mysore road Global Village Tech park and very far from bangalore north and east. Its more suitable only for residential purpose. Commercial Activities are not expected in this stretch.
