Hi,
I am looking for a plot in BSK VI stahe BDA layout.
I see there are few plots which are being sold by BDA allottees and some are said to be freehold. Can a BDA allottee sell his property before 10yrs?
What are precautions (documents to be checked) to be taken before buying these plots?
Is selling BDA allotted property legal?

BSK, Anjanapura and SMV layouts done during S.M Krishna's perdiod. That time the condition of 10 years Lock-in Period was removed. So these 3 layouts doesn't have the restriction. Later it was re-introduced by I think Dharm Singh. So Arkavathy, and any future BDA layouts like proposed kempegowda layout...etc will have again 10 years Cap.
