Actually I applied for syndicate bank society. But they allotted few for one society and few for another in the same place it seems. So finally it's SLN city and not related to any society now. Societies will act as just agents. Thanks.

My society chairman says that he has recieved 245 sites from Krishnappa. he says that recent news of governament registering B khata sites willexpedite process of registrations

Hopefully some thing good will happen soon.

Please share here if any of you hear anything positive/useful

I got site registered through society at doddamaranahalli near magadi road sometime back. I am now looking for procedure to get khata in my name. Society has not given any document other than sale deed. I think i need to have layout plan from bmrda and dc conversion details.
Has anyone has successfully got khata? They say now it is online process..
Please help with any info you may have...

I happen to visit, Tavarekere stamp vendors, Chunchakuppe Gram Panchayat, some of villages nearby. People are quoting different rates from 850 to 1350-1400.

Pegasus just after Big banyan tree (enclosed layout + concrete roads) is quaoting 1600 RS/Sq ft

People are quoting Rates ranging from 700 to 1200 per sq feet.. high range but thats the fact..

I got to know from few sources that few sites are sold in the range of 700 to 800 per sq feet.

Not sure the announcement on kempegowda layout would have an impact on the plot ratees here..

I did some check people in Chunchakuppe Gram Panchayat. Following are quotes I got
KHB - East Facing (2nd Sale) - Rs 1250 -1300 / Sq Ft (Well developed KHB LAyout - With Tar road, Drainage
SLN City Peddana Palya - Around 800-900 Rs Sq/Ft (BMRD Approved; Not seen actual location )
SLN City Blk 9 (Near Peddana Palya) - 900 Rs Sq ft (BMRD Approved, Drainage, Power / Tar to be done )
SLN City Block 1 (Near Doddamarana Halli ) - 850 -900 Sqft (BMRD Approved, With Tar roads/ Drainage/Power lines )
ASB - 1100 Sq ft (BMRDA approved As per thier AD, This is after Ruppies, Not seen place )
RBI Layout - 1100 Sq Ft (Not seen the place. The reason I got for higher quote is because of Wider roads )

I went to Bhimanakuppe Village, asked villagers for direction to area where BDA is planning layout. They replied work has been stopped. (I read, There were some allegation with contracts awarded by out going BDA chief, there is some investigation going on this issue )
