Feedback request on Jayanagar HBCS, Balaji HBCS and Veeranja

Hi Folks,

I'm planning to finalise a site. I have 3 options. One in Jayanagar HBCS, one in Balaji HBCS and one is Verranjaneya Society ( adjacent to Jayanagar HBCS ). Based on the information I have paper work is good in Jayanagr HBCS and also it is BDA approved. However the price I got for a site I liked is Rs.5350 . For Veeranjaneya Society I have seen a site at Rs.5000 per SFT and the one in Balaji HBCS is at Rs.4500. Can you suggest me if these prices are OK or they are over rated ?

Also please tell me how is the paper work in Balaji HBCS and Veeranjaneya society layout ? Anything thats worth to be cautious about ?

I can not believe JHBCS has 5350/- sq ft... May I know the stage and the block you have finalised the site.. My cousin own a site near paduka mandira (same JHBCS) for which he paid, 2300/- sqft in 2012.
I suggest you to check with other sellers (if any) and also, agents..

Hi Arun,

This is a site opposite to chartered beverely hills.. almost opposite. location is very good. but even i'm not ready to pay that much. last month for another site I went till 4500 but the owner was not willing to go below 4700. This was in Bharath housing society. I checked with 3 agents and all of them quoted same. One guy went as high as 5500. All 3 are different agents. I don't think I will go for it if price is not negotiated to 4800. I liked one site in Balaji HBCS too. price is 4500 there. So may be I will go for that one for 4300.
