I saw this layout near rajanukunte on hesargatta road. It is BIAAPPA approved.
Pl.inform me if any of you know about this layout . About the title and prevailing rate .
Whether BIAAPPA can enforce development of the approved layouts, in case developer doesnot .

Even I would like to know regarding this layout..The agent is quoting 1000 per sq ft but would like to know what the prevailing market price is around this layout
