Feedback on reliable gardenia

Hi Guys,

I have got to know about reliable gardenia from one of my friend and am planning to book a plot from them as this has got BDA approvals in place. Did any of you booked a plot from this developer? any reviews on this layout, got to see mouthshut reviews on the developer and shocked by the ratings given.

Locality is good. Price is bit higher side. One thing I didnot like is he is taking hefty amount as club charge but ownership is with them. Also membership need to be renewed after 10 years,

Thanks for the response Santhosh. I wasn't aware that we need to renew the club membership after ten years, if this is waht is the case, i would need to rethink. Thanks for the response again..

What is the sqf rate? Are you buying from 1st phase or second phase? Did you verify BDA approval for second phase?

Price that's been quoted is 3300 psft. Since there are so many other charges included, i am rethinking on this investment. As said by the reliable staff, there are no sites available in 1st phase.

Nopes as of now.. Got to know there would be a new BDA approved layout gonna be launched near prakriya international school by pioneer group.
