There are many alternative sites in HSR layout. Especially behind NIFT college. I heard one site 126 got cancelled after the alternative allotment. Broker informed that the site was an alternate to another site from a new bda layout. However if exchanged site (old site) is from old bda layout it is ok.
My question is: Iam looking at a site which has 4 floors (G+3) constructed. Its an alternate site in exchange for a site from another old bda layout. Its unheard of. sonnenahalli.
The rates at old bda layout is very less than in HSR layout. The allotee meanwhile has sold the site within 3 days of allotment. The buyer has constructed the house.
Going by the rates in HSR layout for similar hose, this house is available cheaper. Its in market for last 8 months.
Pls share me your opinion if such property (built on alternate sites) can be bought. Is it a game plan where old bda site is shown as problematic (whatever reason) and apply to bda, pay and get sites in good layouts where prices are substantially higher.
(Legal verifications, from lawyers=> " there is no problem because its bda allotment". I checked in bda office, they say there is no problem.)

I decided not to go ahead with this new building on site 123 .... after 20 days.
But brokers / lawyers insist there is no problem in buying alternate sites.
I would really like to know if there was anybody who faced issues buying a alternate site in HSR.
If a house is constructed on such as site, and if any issue arises, how it would be settled ?
