I have been looking to buy a site and construct a house and have been really wondering what are the risks involved in buying a site with B-Khatha?
I also heard that B-Khatha with betterment charges paid is as good as A-Khatha. Is this true?

Reinvoking this thread, I am considering a plot in Hosa Road (Near LGCL Ashlar), its a gated community with 2 acre land (DC converted).
Is it worth buying considering govt is okaying Khata conversion.
Will it be as easy as said on paper ??
What all should i ask from builder before I go ahead and be assured that I wont be in any trouble ??
