i am thinking of investing in ittina mahaveer, any opinion?

Hi all ... i am thinking of investing in a studio apartment in ittina mahaveer which is costing about 13 laks and where they are getting already 6 k as a rent from infosys for the same..... the scheem sounds very interesting... where my effective EMI is about 3000 only if i deduct the rent which i am going to get and also the tax benifits ... yes i know the project is delayed but these flats are ready... any sugessions plz.....????

Dear Friend i dont know who are you But at any Cost dont ever invest in that Hopeless company,, Just check out there pevious projects and what is there brand image
around a year there company where shown in the telivison for cheating innocent investors like you..
