Telecom layout - Golden Lake

Does anybody has experience on this sites ? . I got in the inputs on this telecom layout chaparakal road, near Bettanahalli Jalige, Chikkana Hosalli Village whichis Telecom layout called Golden lake. Anybody have experience on these layout ..... like whether BMRDA approved etc.

this will comes under BIAPPA and currently they are giving application for the layout. They are planning around 500 sites they will farm as per BIAPPA standards and this will come next to postal sandesh lake side. And the developer is same as developed for sandesh lake side and telecom GF III. Since they are starting now it will take atleast 2 years to allot the site.

Thanks .How about approach road and legal issues on this site ? . Rate they quote is around 700 Rs per Sq.ft . Is this resonable ? . How do you check whole is BIAPPA approved as in BMRDA you have 60/40 % ration for development, so in BIAPPA does they have any rule which we need to check?

How reliable these developers, as they claim they are group of central government employees........?

Rs 700 is good, and thats the running rate for plots by other societies in that area in recent times.

how about developers who is developing the layout? . What is there credibility?
