Prospects of buying a site on Tumkur road.

I would like to know the prospects of buying a site on Tumkur road. Any major developments planned on this side of Bangalore so that its worth the investment?

No part of bangalore is worth for investment for atleast next 1-2 years due to uncertain economic situation.

Only If you have long term plan for selling after 5-10 years, you can invest in any part of bangalore based on your budget capacity.

You need to ask yourself few questions:
1. Is it Investment or for living
2. If you want to construct but want to rent it out
3. How long would you retain if its for Investment

Basic questions such as above will help determine what exactly you will reap if you invest on a piece of land.

I suggest you buy now so that you dont have to shell out more when market picks up.. as such no rates have gone down to an extent what everyone is thinking... its all mind game... agents just say to sellers that market is down and for buyers they say market has picked up !! now you know who is making all the monies...

Go and invest is the mantra, Tumkur road not sure... but do it nearby to industries / schools so that you have the option to rent it out in future...
