AECS C Block, Singasandra, Hosur Road

Dear Members,

Has anyone heard of the AECS 'C' Block? The owner claims that in 2 weeks time its coming under corporation limits. Right now he has only B Katha. Is it wise to buy from this block.

Can anyone let know the current prices in this layout.

what i heard from my friend is 2000/sft in C block, you are correct, right now it is in B katha. no loans are approved against this land.

Its 2014 now, and its cost is still 2000 per sqft
