HSR Layout - BDA Auction - Outcome?

Recently BDA held an auction for a few sites in HSR Layout. Any idea what were the rates for the winning bids?

Can the board members throw light on what the current rates for BDA Sites on MAIN ROADS (only) in HSR Layout are?

Rate for Commerical Site?
Rate for Semi-Commerical Site?
Rate for Residential Site?

broker will quote you anywhere between 6000 psft - 6500 psft for good residential plots in the area where the auction was conducted, BUT.... if you manage to get to the property owner directly, the rates can come down to 5500 or thereof or may be lower by 300/--500/- for west facing sites.

here are some pointers

if you manage to get to the Owner directly - (Good East / N-E facing sites excl: corner sites ) : 1st Sector : 5000 - 5500, 2/3 Sector : 4500 - 5000, 6/7 Sector : 5000 - 5500 /- , this again depends on the nature of economic transaction, hence the range.

Broker will have rates pegged at 1000 /- higher than this.
