Telecom Layout(Green Field Gardens 1)- Is there any issue?

Post by ramprasad.ms »

Hi,

One of my friends has enquired that Telecom Layout's Green Field Gardens - 1 project has run into some legal issues with government.

Reason - The approach road/land for GFG-1 belongs to Govt and looks like Govt have put a fencing on that area. Which means that GFG-1 can't be approached by the road that was shown in the plan !!!.

Those who have been allotted sites here will have to get clarity on the status as development of the layout seems to be slowed down/stopped.

Anyone has more info?

Thanks
props

Ram,
I just bought a plot in Green Field garden phase 3/4 2 weeks back and i had checked on this approach road issue but i think this problem is only with phase 1 and the same also will also get resolved soon is what i understand. Teelcom society has a good track record and most of similar issues in other layouts were dealt promptly.

Having said all this , am hoping that there will not be any issues. Moreover you will not get plots so close to airport for such low prices in any other layouts...so this is certainly a low cost high risk high return deal :)

Hello props,

may i know if you buy your site in GFG-phase 3 or phase-4? i thought phase-4 is still not ready for allotment.
did you buy it from a society memebr or from society itself?

i am waiting since 7 years i have applied for a site in GFG-phase 4, but still havent got my site allotted.

Folks,
I assume there are lot of folks in the forum who have bought plots in green field garden , can we all get together and form a yahoo club ( only for green field garden) so that we can communicate /share advancements or issues and if needed approach the society together when needed.

As one group we might be able to get better resolutions. Any thoughts???

Yesterday visited GFG 2 layout. The markings of the 50x80, 60x40, 30x50, 30x40 blocks are really good and wide roads. Still other relevant amenities are in progress. I was allotted 40x50 plot, but was not able to find it at all. Need to confirm back from Telecom office.
GFG 1 - Indeed they have put a fence at the entrance and we cannot enter.
GFG 3 - Site markings are going on with other amenities in progress.

GFG 2 & GFG 1 registration process has started. Not sure if we need to register now, or wait for these amenities to be completed and then only register.

I am surprised to know that GFG1 has an issue. I have even registered my site. Let's hope that it is resolved soon.
My advise is that the sooner you register the better since long term capital gains is worked out based on your date of registration.

Has anyone created a yahoo group yet?
I have a question: Is it okay to buy unregistered site from allotted members with a proof of allotment letter in GFG 2?
