Plz advice on Duo Marvel Layout Yelahanka

Hi All

I have seen some plots in Duo Marvel Layout Yelahanka and want to buy one. Can you please highlight any issues with the location or with the layout ?

Asking price is Rs.2500 psft for a corner site and Rs. 2300 for a South facing site. Please let me know if this is Ok ?

I have seen the Yelahanka new town and happy with the way it designed etc. I think we can get almost everything there. Also, I could not get a site in any other locations in BLR, with less legal issues, and particularly in approved layouts with some what livable conditions, in my budget. That is the main reason I want to go there.

its on the higher end! check the deals made in last few months instead of listening to brokers..
