Global Garden City(BDA Approved)?

Hi

Does any one know about this new layout coming up in South bangalore called Global Garden City(BDA Approved)?
The developer is Global Housing INC(1 guess this is there 1st project)
and the price which they are quoting is 1250rs/sft !!
Please share your feedback if anyone had visited the place

Is this layout the one near hemmigepura? The last time I had talked to them, they had told that BDA approval is coming soon, also they were still working on the approval plan with some issues regarding a village in between. Price is high considering we need to go much inside.
