This is not an approved layout. Stay away there is no documents available even with developer.

Can you give me more details. They dont have BDA Approvals or they didnt give you any papers?

If they have BDA approval whats stopping them from giving the approval number. They have not given any papaers till now. Waiting for over a month now.

This shxxers are not BDA approved..Whenever you ask they say under progress...........will get in few days
They will show you some farm and tell this is the upcoming land for the layout
So, steps to ensure you are safe:
1. Get the approval plan, approval number
2. Cross check on the internet
3. Never give bulk amounts in the beginning

Thanks for the info. But when I called up the builder for the details, he told he got the BDA approval. Because of my peronal reasons i didnt go further. I am shocked to see that still they didn't get the approval. Also on top of all these, he has increased the price by 200p/sft within a month.

I Got initially set of documents from the builder 4 weeks before. As per 1 lawyer 60% of the land was approved and 40% is remaining and will be approved by the BDA depending up on the development happening on the layout. I went to another lawyer. Second lawyer asked for another set of documents. Waiting for second set of documents for the past two weeks. Will let you know further details.

Hi,
I am looking to buy a site in Odion Rainbow retreat. I visited the site today and he (vinayak harshavardhana, sales exe) told me that, they have got BDA approval recently and BDA released 100% sites for sale. This looks funny, i believe BDA gives permission for only 60% and rest after complete development is done . The layout's water connections pipe line is laid up, and underground sewage is being done now.

He is quoting now 3200 per sqft, if any one has bought the site recently, could you share below details
- Did you verify complete BDA approval, site documents
- when is the project development is going to completed ( complete roads, clubhouse, parks, pool, badminton courts), what is he promised on the date of completion.

Thanks in advance for your help, i am going to take the documents tomorrow for verification.

BTW, only few sites available it seems.

I wanted to buy a site at Rainbow Retreat. Tried seeing many layouts but none have come even a shade closer to Rainbow Retreat. Has any one booked a site at Rainbow Retreat after 15th June ?? what is the price ? On enquiry , I found the prices at Rainbow Residency at about 4800/- to 5400/- psft. Is 3200/- a fair price as there are only a few sites left ?
