Any feedback on the SAI GARDEN Layout in Sadarmangala. This is close the Vishwadhama layout.

This is a BDA approved layout.
What is the current rate per sqft?
Are there good roads leading to this layout?
How are the developments around this layout?
Are there any houses in the layout?

if you are planning to buy a site here, best bet would be to visit the layout to answer most of your questions - good roads to layout, developments around the layout and houses already constructed.
