Info needed about houses in 30*40 and 30*50 of B-Khatha site

Hi Guys, Can you please provide your views on the newly built houses which are for sale in 30*40 and 30*50 sites (of B-Khatha) in Ramamurhty Nagar near NRI Layout and Varnasi. I have seen one 3 bhk house of 30*50 sqft which is of B-Khatha, the seller is saying the loan can be done with Indian bank. Is it a good option to go?
I heard that, same site have been registered to multiple persons in these areas, can any of guys aware of this problem.
Please share your valuable views.

One more thing i want to confirm is the sites in this area come under GramPanchayat or BBMP?

B-Katha, you would not be able to get a loan from any of the nationalized banks and you cannot get the katha transferred; It is very alarming as to how one can sell the same property to multiple people as a buyer would definetly ask for originals before buying; however number of fraud cases on multiple registration have been from RamMurthy Nagar.

I dont think there will be problem with B katha... Check the Construction quality and Negotiate the price as less as possible.for sure u will get the loan... better consult 2 Lawyers for the leagal...I am also seeing plots in the same area
