New BBMP sites-NO Bank is ready to Give loan...

i enquired few banks if they could give me loan for sites which have recently come under BBMP.
BBMP are issuing B-khata but these khata are not accepted by BANKS. Banks say they only can
provide loans if one has the Orignal BBMP Khata( the old khata's).

The khata's issued now by BBMP are without collecting betterment charges. Till date no bank has
agreed to give me loan.

Kindly let me know if you are aware of any bank funding sites with B-khata.

IDBI,DHFL and other banks are funding even for site with or wihtout BBMP katha, also composite loan.
