I am interested in giving my place for rent to any govt office or bank. It is for commercial purpose. It would be given for a period of 7 years. I an willing to install solar power for the lighting of the whole building.It has got borewell as well as corporation watersupply. I have many offers for the same ,but for purposes like restaurants ,jims, etc It is nearly 4000 sft in a good locality. The building is astone structure with marble flooring. I am interested only in a bank or any govt organisation. After the initial 7 years if it is agrreable to both the parties it could be extended to another 10 to 15 years. It has got a valid commercial licence.
