I am interested in joining the group (hope it is not too late!), is it still possible?

I was looking for a site in BSK 6th Stage, visited yesterday and met a few brokers. Everyone is quoting 1600-1800 irrespective of blocks. I was surprised. Layout seems to be in much better shape than last year, with asphalted roads.

Anybody having contacts with a reliable agents or sellers?
