Sorry if i confused you, i just got it in 3rd phase...ma plots are not allotted...i just paid the amount and waiting for the allotment , the guy who suported me says the allotment will start in 6-12 months time.

Nagaraj....i bought plot in green field Telcom lyt 2 weeks back for 600/sqft; this price was really negotaiated one which we got as we went as a group of three So i think the rate near telecom lyt is around 600/sqft.

Ram, I just bought a plot in Green Field garden phase 3/4 2 weeks back and i had checked on this approach road issue but i think this problem is only with phase 1 and the same also will also get resolved soon is what i understand.
