My suggestion would be to go with other borwell drillers as chances are you may need to go in depth depending upon your topography you always need to have the flexibility for going in depth to ensure you get source.

All steel have the same ductablity the difference lies in the raw materials used Indus doesnt use the scrap materials thats why there cost is in higher side.
You can go for Primegold & Meenaxshi steel if you are looking to be budget savy

The Sump should also be waterproofed so that it doesnt get dissolved if there is a leakage, i would also suggest use of concrerte bricks for sump consutruction
