Ghana teak is soft wood and there is no strength for screws to hold the wood. It is cost effective and not reliable. Assam Teak is very good wood and strong for all type of frames and doors. As you rightly said plain labour contract would work out cheaper. But the major disadvantage is one our member should be at site at the time work for full day.

Can you share any of your known labour contractors so that we can discuss and proceed.
