I visited BSK 6th stage and I noticed that the 100 ft road has been fixed completely except for a very short stretch near the Lakshmi temple at 8th block. Does anybody know why this short stretch (possibly about 100 meters) has been left out?

I was looking to buy a BDA plot. The seller claims that the original allotment letter was lost and he has a true copy of the allotment letter that was attested by a Deputy Secretary. Is this safe? Or should I drop this. Please advise.
