If the Survey number is not pledged with IDBI Bank. Then you can give cheque in the name of Duo Associates.
There are couple of plots which falls under 2 or 3 survey number. Please check those plots..

Yesterday i visited the layout and road leveling work was happening in the Connecting road. Hope taring will also be done !!!

Did any one went through plot registration in Phase 2 ? if anyone has done, could you explain the procedure u went through on that day.

If you are going with LICHFL Loan for plot purchase, they will not release the loan amount with out the proper NOC from IDBI, moreover they will give cheque in the name of IDBI bank loan account. As per my knowledge, IDBI Bank has told that they will provide NOC during registration.

All Problems and confusions with IDBI Bank are resolved for now.... As per assurance give by Builders, Layout should be good to start construction by next 5 to 6 months.

Today i spoke to builders they told Possession certificate will be issued once remaining 40% plots will get released.
After that only we can start construction in the layout.

Hi Shabini, yes, IDBI Bank GM told they will be auctioning property at Yelahanka not the Duo South County... Also if they will come across situation to do an Auction... they will be doing only for unregistered plots.... For more info you can call IDBI Bank, KH Road Branch(+(91)-80-67121001 | 6712104...

This notification is not for Auctioning Property under Duo South County, its for different property.
After seeing this tender i went to IDBI Bank and verified with them. they are not going to Auction Duo South County property for at least next 2 months.

Hi, Regarding Issue with IDBI Bank, they will not do Auction at least for next 2 month. if the Duo Associates are not able to repay the money by tht time, then they will think for an Auction of the plots for which they have not given NOC(unsold plots only) else they wont.
