This is due to grouting materails( filler of joints). Not bcz of tiles. kindly provide the detail of joint filler used for this tile joint. try to remove the tile joint of sample. and do acid wash and and come to conculsion

This due to bleeding and excess vibration of concrete try to remove loose aggregate by chisel till sound concrete . Apply sbr bonding agent of forsac and refill the same with rich concrete .

There may be settlement of soil in around soil then possiblity of development of cracks between wall and sump floor . Kindly check by empty the water .repair the cracks by grouting or built the sump with rcc not mesh. But the sump quantity will be less
