Hi, I have seen bluejay pacific residential layout project in Mysore road. Project is in very initial stage and it is exactly 2 KM inside from mysore road back to Rajarajeshwari Medical college. Builder is claiming that property is BDA approved. They are quoting 1500 psf and other amenities charges....
