Hi Indireddy, I haven't got it and after soo much of struggle finally I've dropped the plans of buying a site in Anjanapura as the agents have hyped the prices to very high and I personally felt its not worth it.

I'm also searching for a site in Anjanapura and all the current prices are very much hyped prices. I personally feel that around Rs. 1800 per sq ft is correct price in 1st block. Also recently heard from a friend that soon BDA is going to send notification to all the site owners to construct a house...

Since I don't see any development in few blocks say 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th...is it worth to buy for 2k to 2.5k per sq. ft in these blocks? I guess brokers have hyped the prices in these area, what is your opinion. Thanks
