Rs 3000/- per sq ft in Rajaji nagar Co-op housing society, Nagarbhavi is too high. Maximum you can pay is Rs. 2000/- per sq ft. You can strecth a big by Rs 100 to Rs 150 if the site is in good location.

I am too looking for a site 30x40 in the same area in the price of Rs 2000/- per sq ft ...
