I too agree with Anshuraj that the entire layout looks empty with very few houses. Even though all the amenities are provided there r very few houses. Since this layout was given to BDA employees, there r very few houses. Now with 2nd hand/ 3rd hand owners I am sure many houses will come up soon ...

I have seen a bda site in kanakapura road. The site has a bda park at the back side (of the site). I am yet to fix the deal but just wanted to check if there is any restrictions(during house construction) to bring up a wall rite ...

I have seen site in bda employees layout near narayannagar main road. The site is on the left side of the double road. The rate being Rs 3500 /sq ft.
Will it be a nice deal considering the location and future propects of development around kanakpura road and anjanapura ??

The 6000 sq ft allowed is carpet area or built up area or wht all does it include ?
I too have same situation where G+4 floors on 60*40 site.... Parking on ground and 2 houses each on floors 1,2,3,4
