How much do they charge to have a connection through wall. Distance would be maximum 1.5Meters. Or can i just have a hole in the wall and connect it thro...

Re: Need views on Terracon Projects, Sai Residency Attibele
Yes they are not providing any docs as of now. I think after BMRDA approval only they can provide you i guess. But they are asking 25% advance as of now. My friend booked it around 2 months back. And to be frank, i dont know much about other things, so its individual ability to take risks....

Re: Need views on Terracon Projects, Sai Residency Attibele
Hi keshava, We too had come across this layout and visited the layout. Felt like good investment opportunity. They say, they are giving connectivity to Hosur road through some other adjacent layout. If that is the case, it would be only 500M from Hosur road. Otherwise, need to go through from Sarjap...

Re: cement frames and wooden doors for the kitchen and wardr
Thanks Praveen for the reply. Is there any cost advantage in this. They are quoting Rs600/- psqft. And the doors for that would be MDF.
Thanks,
Anil.
Thanks,
Anil.

cement frames and wooden doors for the kitchen and wardrobes
Hi, Can anyone educate me on the pros and cons of going for cement frames with wooden doors for my interiors.( for all the kitchen and wardrobes). Do we get any moisture inside the cabinets because of this. I am seeing some cost advantage , but not sure about the quality and side effects of this. My...

Re: Home Loan ......into the details.
Hi Naveen, Thanks for the Info. However, i feel u are mistaken my points 1 and 2. My concern was, 1. say, Govt specified value is Rs1450psft, and the buying price is 2000psft. I heard some banks are not agreeing to register with the Govt specified value, as we are taking loan on the buying price. So...
