yep... it's on both sides of the road. One concern I also have is what about future road-widening. If the entire project is BDA approved is there a chance of the central road becoming wider and government forcing the land owners to vacate for that? And how big is that chance? Does anyone think there...

No replies to this post at all? We are also evaluating the project's phase-II for purchase of a 30x50. They are quoting 3000 / sqft. Any suggestions from people? The Phase 2 is not BDA approved yet... Any feedback on the price in this area and the builders. Any other projects this area?
