I agree with JollyRagers. even I too had rain water entering in with small gap which exist between window frame and wall. Got selicon sealant done between gaps by painter. Water has stopped. Just check at TILEPRINT near lalbagh west gate. They have tub cost around 9.5K and looks excellent (Brand livestyle). I purchased it around a months back. Not yet used since installation got done yesterday.

Any looking for kitchen ware from brand like Hettich, please let me know. I came across a vendor who lends at better rate than any in bangalore. He provide discount till 30% on few and 20-25% on MRP for few items.
Tax can be avoided if you wish.
