Why is it that banks are ready to approve BMRDA approved layouts and not BBMP-B reigster lands?

Do national banks also provide loans for BMRDA approved land? Is BMRDA better than BBMP - B register?

Thankyou for all your suggestions. I am consulting my lawyers on this to understand what BBMP will do after high court order. I do not mind shelling out some money if A-Katha will be issued. Or else I will just not buy this land. There will be something else to buy, right?

After high court ruling will it be easy for me to get an A-Katha now and then construct the house ?

This site is part of a gated layout, will it still be risky to leave it vacant ?

I have liked a residential site in a layout near hormavu in Ramamuthy Nagar. Its a BBMP B-register land and it is priced at 1900 / sq ft. I have checked with 2 lawyers and property has clear titles. Would I be doing the right thing by buying B-register or B-Katha land for 1900 / sq ft ?
