Are you talking about the one in Anchepalya mysore road after the Mosque?
I visited the site and spoke to the builder. They say its BDA approved with BDA Khatha. They are quoting 1600/psft. Most of the Sites are Booked (as usual by builders). Yet to see the documents.

I visited the Site this weekend and I dont see any improvement from the initial phase. I wonder if they have got the approval Yet. I came across Aprameya Brindavam a little further and noticed that this has been approved by BDA already. Has anyone got any more information about these two Projects ...
