I would like to know the opinion about buying land in BK Residency which is near South Avenue layout. It has a B Khatha under BBMP limits. Quoted price is 2000-2200/ sqft.

Is it advisable to buy Bkhatha land? How easy is it to convert to A Khatha if no betterment charges were paid so far ...
