Completed the House warming yesterday.

Construction is reached its final stages. However delayed by a week. The original key handover was on 10th Oct.. It will be done by 19th Oct.
Bank holidays and festival caused this delay.

Its little difficult to estimate the usage of materials like sand, cement etc, i was travelling for lot of time in
between the construction.

Today bought electrical items
Anchor Roma - 58% discount from Balaji Electricals Uttarahalli, They delivered at the site.
V Guard Wires - 45% discount from New Pooja electricals close to the site.

In my case The roof area is GF 1252 + FF 1252 Sqft. The cost that I am paying is for a Turnkey project. No etc apart for the upgraded material cost. Details I have provided in my earlier posts.

@Pratap, Your initial sum should suffice the construction till the plinth level. I my case the site was 30X50. The agreement with the Contractor was to give 10% of the overall cost to bring the construction to plinth level that is 4.1L. The Bank will do the first disbursement once you reach the plin...
