I am planning to buy plot in some upcoming residential project. I have some questions on which plot to finalize like

1) East facing vs West facing vs North facing . East facing usually has PLC.
2) Near the road or park or other utilities
3) Near to main entrance or in the middle
4) Corner plot also ...

Did some one book here of late ?
