Thanks all. Are branded vitrified tiles like kajaria inferior to granite in terms of durability. I heard that with advancement in technology even branded vitrified is hard and durable

Khata transfer fee for BDA sites

If anybody know the khata transfer fee for BDA sites, please enlighten me. Some websites say 500. Some say 2% of the stamp duty. This is a huge difference. Anybody done khata transfer recently, please advise.

Sorry did not get your query. I have to get bank loan for construction. Not there yet, before that I need to get plan approved. I understand getting the challan could be an issue.

Then why did the Banashankari II Stage BDA office accept my application for Khata Transfer. I am totally confused. Should I take back the application and submit in bbmp office?

P.S - I also saw several Khata transfer applications for Anjanapura sites in the BSK II Stage BDA office.

Also note existing khata(in the name of the seller from whom i purchased) is from BDA and not from BBMP 2.
