yes even my brother told me the same thing (I am outside the country asked my brother to look at the property) ..the approach road is pretty bad . Also there is EB substation near to the property. Another thing my brother told me there is no development taken inside the layout which worries me a lot...

Anyone went and saw the place? is it worth buying from them? How abt credibility of the developer?
