The only worry with Gunjur area is about the proposed BDA layout notification (to be done?). I want to go for it provided there is BDA NOC for it.
Any one has information on it?

I got to know that launch price was 3k but now they are quoting 3900/- sqft nego.
I assume prices around that area is around 3k per sqft.
