My contractor is charging me 52 k for steel *Vxwp" and 320 per bag for Acc 43 grade. Are these prices ok? any comments from the expert

If you go by all the experts, they say that PPC should be ok for residential purpose. OPC 53 is an overkill for residential purpose.
