My contractor is charging me 52 k for steel *Vxwp" and 320 per bag for Acc 43 grade. Are these prices ok? any comments from the expert

If you go by all the experts, they say that PPC should be ok for residential purpose. OPC 53 is an overkill for residential purpose. My inputs
Aluminium anodized 3 channel windows rs 230 per sq ft
UPVC windows - Fenesta - Rs 720 per sqft
UpVC local brand - Rs 350 per sqft

Coromondal PPC cement - Rs 300 per bag
Ramco PPC - Rs 295 per bag
