I don't think you can cover only the last 50 feet. You may have to cover the entire bore well with PVC pipe as like the silt pipes.

Apart from the material charges, you should also check out the labour expenses. I guess out of the three options, concrete slabs will work out to be the cheapest. I heard that plywood + carpenter charges would work close to 900 Rs per sqft. Isn't that so ?

Pradeep - 53 grade OPC is not advisable for internal plastering as the setting time for this grade of cement is very very less. PPC is the ideal grade of cement for internal plastering and PPC/43 for exterior plastering.

Not true. Hexagon rods are comparatively safer than grill windows. Depends upon the thickness of the rod one has chosen. Moreover, grill windows are fitted to the window frames only at 4 places whereas each of the rods are fitted into the window frame. Breaking hexagon rods is definitely a possibili...
