As per my structural engineer its not necesary to leave any gap between the footing and the sump. He also says the sump can go deeper than the footing also as long as it doesnt overlap the footing in anyway. I have heard people say it shouldnt go below the footing.. is there any particular reason ...

As far as my understanding goes you dont have to pay betterment charges for a BDA approved layout as its already paid for during the time of the layout development. It held true in my case. Usually for non BDA layouts there are seperate documents for betterment charges, but you dont ...

There a lot o extra charges that you've mentioned. The betterment charges have to be paid against the site and the cauvery cess is also an added expense. now as far as the bribe goes for the plan drafting and online submission, the quote seems quite reasonable. the only reason i was ...
