yes, as per the layout plan there's a 60ft. road which divides the winn field & golden enclave, but again there's a BIG compound which has come up; so not sure whats the real issue is.

Even RE agents aren't sure about the 60ft. road...

Hi Indusgreek, Even i'm also looking for a plot in same location, but most of the plots which brokers quoting are 3500-4000 & i came across a plot (NE) facing, but backed off due to road widening project is mentioned in the layout plan. But anyways worth paying for the layout. Kindly share your view...
