Thanks guys.. realised from above topics that for some good material the cost may come to 1600-1800 sq ft..so does it include govt charges, room wardrobes, borewell, solar, bathroom water heaters etc?
Or do we need to keep aside some extra money apart from spending around 1600-1800 sq ft?

Many Thanks Ravi and Siteseeker...also i had asked about average cost per sq ft. I am planning for around 1250..is that good for a decent material? Also I believe Architect and BDA approval costs will be apart from that ? Am i correct?
