A family friend has a 60x40 plot in Nayak Layout - next to Jambu Savari Dinne bus stop. I am considering buying it from him. Can you guys weigh in on what the prevailing rate is for this area? I'm not sure if its BDA layout or not. Does that make a difference in prices??
